Melina Martinez (they/them) believes in building strong, inclusive communities and organizations that are transformative for their members and the world. With a background in leadership development and social research, Melina focuses on the power of storytelling to connect all people to each other. Before becoming a consultant with twenty45 Consulting and Both/And, they co-founded Entelekee, a collective offering pro-bono communication solutions to grassroots activism-focused nonprofits. Their graduate coursework was in sociology and leadership and they are currently undergoing training in somatic bodywork for healing and education. Born and raised a city kid in Chicago, Melina holds a degree in Sociology from Loyola University Chicago.
