We are organizing for a just world where we dismantle white supremacist systems and shift material conditions for Black, Indigenous, People of Color.
Unique learning experiences
Both/And facilitates anti-oppression education. From lecture-style teach-ins to learning communities, our public workshops are designed to build relationships among attendees and create space for processing. These courses range from 1 hour to several weeks. For our private clients, we offer customized trainings and workshop packages based on your organization’s context and needs.
We can coach you through it
We offer 1:1 and group coaching on anti-oppression leadership and racial identity exploration. Our coaches specialize in a wide range of subjects, from non-profit leadership to conflict mediation to anti-oppression in the classroom, and so much more. We’ll set you up with a coach that can support you through your learning and unlearning journeys.
Our collective is comprised of educators, trainers, organizers, researchers, and artists.
We believe in radical, structural change that dismantles oppressive systems. Internally, we move to center relationships and processes in order to push back against capitalism and white supremacy. This is how we practice aligning our actions with our values.
We build connections between reflection, awareness, and action centered in justice.
We strive to create educational spaces that raise awareness and cultivate critical consciousness. We are committed to increasing capacity and skills that contribute to movement building by taking action to shift power. We believe in the process of imagining the world we want to live in by practicing it.
