Sirajum Sandhi
They, Them, Theirs | NY | Facilitator
Sirajum Sandhi is a Muslim-Abolitionist organizer and liberatory educator. An asylee from Bangladesh, their intimate experiences with political and gender-based violence shaped their community organizing and advocacy efforts.
They studied Gender & Sexuality, Global Health, and Religion at Dartmouth College, where they have been a Race, Migration, and Sexuality Scholar. Sirajum is passionate about reproductive justice, queer liberation, and Islamic liberatory philosophy.
When not studying and organizing, they like listening to music in languages they don’t understand and daydreaming about launching a podcast about all things jinn.
