Kristina Nance, M.S., has nearly 20 years' experience in higher education, most of it spent creating and managing programs aimed at increasing equity and access in college spaces for under-served populations... especially first generation, low income and/or racially and/or ethnically under-represented college students. She has worked at Johns Hopkins University, Ithaca College. Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Miami University and Cornell University. Kristina is skilled at working across departments to increase cultural competence in faculty, staff and students then turning that new awareness into collaborative action. Kristina holds a bachelors from New York University, a masters in Instructional Design from Ithaca College and is working on a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Miami University.
